On Friday 11th December 2020 Coopers Fire took part in National Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children and raised a brilliant £102.00!
Save the Children exists to help every child reach their full potential. In the UK and around the world, they make sure children stay safe, healthy and keep learning, so they can become who they want to be.
They lead the way on tackling problems like pneumonia, hunger and protecting children in war, while making sure each child’s unique needs are cared for.
They are constantly finding new ways to reach children who need them most, no matter where they’re growing up.
There was a great turn out of jumpers and even some Christmas shirts!! From gingerbread men to Christmas puddings, penguins to turtle doves and everything in between.
Andy, in our contracts team, took first place for his jumper and Christmas shirt combo with Mike, in dispatch, and Rakesh, our new Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager, taking the second and third spot.
Thank you to all the Coopers Fire staff for your support.
